Orders ship via Australia Post.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 being delivered to an Australian address.

Returns

If you are not 100% loving your purchase, you can return it to us for store credit, some conditions apply, they are:

  • Returns must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsure if you can get it back to us in time please get in touch via email at info@lushinspired.com.au
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached and intact. A credit can not be given if these conditions aren't met. Any smells or marks to the garment will render the return invalid.
  • Please email us at info@lushinspired.com.au to advise that you are returning an item.  Please organise your post and tracking. 
  • Store credit can only be given on returns received, we recommend having tracking on your return package in order to keep an eye on it, credit can not be given if a return is not received due to error or damage by the carrier.
  • The store credit given expires 12 months after it is issued.

We do our best to check all garments before sending them but we are human and some flaws might be missed, if this is the case for you please get in touch with us immediately via email at info@lushinspired.com.au.  All items received must be checked for flaws and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the item if you would like to return your garment due to a flaw.
